Coronation

Brewing beer isn’t the most flashy profession. Brewers fall somewhere between a mad scientist, a plumber, and a janitor. The road to brewing your first recipe is a long one. Countless hours are spent learning how to use the equipment and getting to know your ingredients. You are constantly troubleshooting and taking notes. It’s a labor of love, to say the least.

In 2021, Meaghan walked through the doors of Wild Heart Brewing and began that journey. Today, we celebrate the rookie-turned-brewer with her first recipe, Coronation. This light Kolsch-style ale balances delicate malt and noble hop characters with the delicious flavors derived from the German strain of yeast.

Cheers to our Assistant Brewer, Meaghan, to following what you love, and to everyone on the journey to #learneveryday.
