Hop Atlas is our new dry-hopped Pilsner series exploring how modern hops can reshape a classic lager. This first entry charts the West Coast’s Dolcita and Mosaic, bringing bright stone fruit and citrus character over a crisp, clean Pilsner base. The result is the best of both worlds, the expressive hop character of a hazy IPA with the smooth drinkability and finish of a lager. Consider this your first pin dropped on the map.
