Enroll During Checkout
During checkout, after your payment has been approved, you’ll be prompted to enter a receipt preference between emailed or SMS digital receipts, or no receipt needed. Once you’ve made your choice, you’ll see a Loyalty enrollment screen asking for your phone number. Enter your 10-digit phone number and tap Claim Your Points. At this point, you’ll receive an SMS text message confirmation with a link to Cash App where you can view your Loyalty activity, points that you have accrued, and any available rewards. If you do not have Cash App, you will be prompted to download the app on your mobile device.
Other Ways to Enroll
You can enroll in our Loyalty Program at any time. You just need a mobile phone number and to visit this link at squareup.com.
If you skip the enrollment screen at checkout, you may also receive an email with your receipt or an invitation that will contain a link to enroll in the loyalty program.
View Your Loyalty Status
When you enroll in our loyalty program, you’ll receive a welcome SMS message including a link to your Loyalty status in the Activity tab of Cash App. From this tab, you can click on our name to view your progress towards a reward, earned rewards, linked payments cards, and an overview of your rewards activity with us. You can also view your status with this link at squareup.com.
Redeem Your Rewards
To redeem a reward during your visit with us, simply tell your server and provide your name or phone number. If you’re making a purchase at our online store, you’ll see an opportunity to enter a reward code or, if you’re logged in, redeem a reward that’s associated with your account.
You may also receive an email with a reward code. You can show this code to your server to redeem it and apply it towards your check during checkout.
