We’ve always believed at Wild Heart Brewing that “a great story is always brewing” and the Storytellers Club is the next exciting chapter.
Sure, members will get discounts, early access to releases, member parties, and all the other benefits that a traditional beer club offers, but what we’re most excited about is the community. Whether it’s a story From the Heart or even an embellished tall tale, our hope is that through the Storytellers Club we continue to grow together and help tell a story in Hartsville worth remembering.

Once you subscribe to the club, you benefits are automaticalyl applied to your customer account in our point of sale system. When you are seated in the restaurant or bar, just tell your server you are a member and give them your phone number so they can add your name to the check or show them your Mobile Pass so they can scan it.. You can also ask your server to add your name to your check right before you check out.
Once your name is on the check, your discounts and coupons will apply automatically to that check.
Membership benefits are only available in-store, and not online.

No, membership discounts and coupons are not available for online orders and can only be used in-person at Wild Heart Brewing.

No, memberships are for individuals only. Each person who wants to participate in the club must have their own membership.
At this time, we are not able to support memberships for couples, families, or other groups.
Members and non-members who are together at Wild Heart Brewing during Member Nights will be rung up on separate checks.

Yes, you can cancel your membership yourself at any time by visiting submatic.io/login.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and maintain your membership status until the next renewal date, upon which time your membership will be canceled. After joining, members will receive a link via email to download their wallet pass. The link directs the customer to a page with links for their Apple or Google wallet pass.

Members may enter the email address associated with their account on this page https://submatic.io/pass-lookup. If the email provided matches one for which an active wallet pass is available, Submatic will send an email to the provided address with a wallet pass link
Log into your Submatic account
Members may log in at https://submatic.io/login and access their wallet pass from the Subscriptions (or Passes) page. A "Mobile Pass" link appears on the "Manage" menu.
