Southern Weather: Dark Berry
The newest variant of our house sour series, Southern Weather, is dosed with a healthy amount of blackberry and black currant purées along with dried and fresh lemon peel. The sweet, earthy fruit layered with a mixed culture of house and wild yeasts result in a sour experience that is tart while remaining extremely drinkable. 5.2% ABV; 7 IBU
