Southern Weather: Prickly Pear & Watermelon

Our house kettle sour fermented with ripe watermelons from McLeod Farms fand conditioned on prickly pear purée. Floral aromas with notes of ripe, wild berries and candied watermelon. 4.8% ABV / 6 IBU.
