What am I allowed to bring with me to the event? へ
Small bags (subject to search), sunscreen, bug spray, personal umbrellas, and empty water bottles are allowed.

What am I not allowed to bring with me to the event?
Coolers, chairs, tents, large bags, or backpacks (all bags subject to search), outside food or beverage, illicit or illegal substances, and weapons are not allowed. Note that chairs will be allowed for the free games and concert after the beer festival. Contact events@wildheartbrewing.com if needed.
Am I allowed to leave the festival and return later?
You can leave and be re-admitted if you still have on your wristband. If your wristband looks like it's been tampered with, you will not be re-admitted.
Where do I park?
The large grass lot on Railroad Ave and Coker Ave will serve as the primary public parking lot.
Any of the public parking in Downtown Hartsville is up for grabs. If you are staying in a nearby hotel overnight, we suggest you leave your car there.
Can I bike to the event?
Absolutely! We encourage it. There's a bike rack on the Railroad Ave side of Wild Heart Brewing you can lock your bike up on.
I have tickets but can no longer attend. What do I do?
Bummer! You can transfer your ticket to someone else, though. Just log into Eventbrite, go to your ticket, and edit the name and email address on your ticket or tickets. Once you save the changes, the new ticket holder will receive an email with the tickets. Visit eventbrite.com/help for more info.
I have another issue with my ticket. What do I do?
First, check eventbrite.com/help for answers to almost all questions. If you still have an issue or question about your tickets, please email events@wildheartbrewing.com and we'll try our best to help.
Can I get a refund for my tickets?
No, tickets for Wild Hartsville are non-refundable and the festival will be held rain-or-shine. You can transfer your tickets to someone else, though. See the item above for instructions.
What's the weather policy for Wild Hartsville?
Wild Hartsville is a rain or shine event. The festival will go on even with rain unless, of course, conditions are unsafe.
Can I volunteer?
All of our volunteer positions are filled We couldn't put on this festival without our amazing volunteers!
Are pets allowed at the event?
With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed at Wild Hartsville. We're expecting a lot of people and noise throughout the event don't think it's a good or safe environment for pets outside of trained service animals.
Is there an age restriction?
Guests, including designated drivers and volunteers, must be 21 years of age or older to enter the event. We will verify the age of everyone entering the event and issuing wristbands.
My card got charged multiple times for my tickets. What should I do?
Multiple charges called authorizations or duplicates usually drop off your account within 3-5 business days. You must wait until the charges are no longer in a "pending" status before we can do anything. If you inadvertently made multiple purchases, please contact us.
Will you have any special beers I can't normally purchase?
Absolutely! That's one of our main goals, and we plan to have lots of special beers, especially in the VIP village, that you can't find on store shelves.
Can I hand out flyers or cards at the festival?
Unless you are a vendor, solicitation of any kind, including handing out flyers, cards, or pamphlets, is prohibited without explicit prior approval.
Are donations tax deductible?
Yes! Donations to the event, and proceeds from the event, go to the Dylan Adams Endowment, a 501(c)(3) organization with the EIN 86-1190666. Carolina's Kids is also a 501(c)(3) with the EIN 20-8354853.
What is a DD ticket?
DD tickets are for designated drivers. DDs are welcome at the event and we encourage guests to come with a DD. DDs can enjoy all of the event except the alcohol. DDs must still be 21 years of age or older to enter the event and can enter early if they accompany a VIP ticket holder.
