What is your story? What does it feel like when you share your story for the first time? Vulnerable, messy, and possibly wide open… This is Wild Heart Yoga. Opening our hearts is never an easy feat, but when we do, we become inspired and feel deep connection. Are you ready to open your heart?
Join Jamie Martell for an all-levels heart opening yoga class in the grass followed with brick oven pizza on the porch. Nothing feeds the heart like our nourishing breath, moving the body, and connecting with other wild hearts. Nothing feeds the belly like brick oven pizza made with love and intention.
Tickets, which include the class and a brick oven pizza, are $25 each. Please bring your own yoga mat.
About the Teacher
Jamie Martell believes in the magic of yoga, the ultimate in shifting perception within yourself, your family, and the community. After over 15 years of personal practice and teaching, she is still enchanted with the practice of yoga and how it continues to evolve as a practice, lifestyle, and spiritual path. Jamie believes the key to practicing yoga is to take it off the mat and into your everyday life. Being a householder isn’t an obstacle to practicing yoga; it is an opportunity to truly live your yoga within the framework of home, work, and play.
