Volunteer Signup

Volunteers will get free general admission tickets to the Wild Hartsville Beer Festival and will work in shifts so that they can enjoy the festival when not on shift—including a special Volunteer After Party in the brewhouse!

If you’re interested in volunteering at Wild Hartsville, register here to let us know you are interested. Opportunities are limited but we’ll do our best to accommodate. We’ll email you your tickets if you are confirmed. Volunteers opportunities include:

Setup

We are asking for 6 volunteers for event setup from 9:30 - 11:30 am.

Registration & ID Check

We are asking for 4 volunteers for registration, ticketing, and ID-checks at the entrance.

There will be 2 shifts of 2 people each:

2 volunteers from 11:30 am - 2:00 pm
2 volunteers from 2:00 pm - 4 :00pm.

Beer Pourers

We are asking for 8 volunteers for pouring beer at brewery tents and our bars.

There will be two shifts of 4 each:

4 volunteers from 11:30 am-2:00 pm
4 volunteers from 2:00 pm - 4 :00pm.

Runners

We are asking for 4 volunteers to be runners for our guests brewery's tents, which includes handling ice, kegs, trash, and drinking water.

There will be 2 shifts of 2 volunteers each:

2 people from 11:30 am - 2:00 pm
2 people from 2:00 pm - 4 :00pm

Transition Team

We are asking for 6 volunteers to help transition from the beer festival to the concert from 4:00 - 5:00 pm.
