Jolie

Although we love experimenting with new ingredients and beer styles at Wild Heart, we will never turn our back on the traditional brews that helped us fall in love with craft beer. One of those beers is Saison. Jolie, our take on the Belgian farmhouse ale, is dosed with a heavy hand of rye malt in the mash and hopped solely with Styrian Wolf hops in the kettle. Subtle flavors of lemongrass, citrus, and spice support the traditional yeast profile you’d expect from a Belgian Saison. Enjoy!
