Blue North And Transplant Win Silver at the 2025 U.S. Open Beer Championship

Your own Wild Heart Brewing Company was awarded silver medals for Blue North Blueberry Blonde Ale and Transplant IPA in the 2025 U.S. Open Beer Championship!

Wild Heart Brewing entered four beers in this year’s U.S. Open Beer Championship along with over other 8,000 beers submitted from breweries across the nation, from Big Island Brewing in Hawaii to Bissell Brothers Brewing Company in Portland, Maine.

And, guess what? Harstville won two silver medals this year!

Wild Heart Brewing’s Blue North was awarded the silver medal in the American Fruit - Blueberry category. Blue North won Bronze last year, so props to our brewers Zach and Jerry for grinding and getting better every day.

Our pre-Wild Hartsville Beer Festival collaboration, Transplant Hazy IPA, also won Silver in Collaboration Beer: IPAs! This version featured Strata and Strata Hyperboost. We brewed Transplant the night before the festival in April with the homies from Liability Brewing (Greenville),  Magnetic South Brewery (Anderson, Greenville), Double Stamp Brewery (Greenville), and Replay Brewing (Fort Mill).

Zach and Jerry continue to push the boundaries of our brewing program to bring you the best beer possible. We are honored to have been considered alongside some of the best breweries in the country in this competition and are proud to represent Hartsville among them.
